Warm Transitional Design

After beginning demo on their own master bath, this couple decided they needed guidance from a designer.  They sought out contractor, Kelly Brooks & I to help pull all of their ideas together.  Re-working the floor plan, maximizing storage and pulling together a warm neutral material palate helped turn this once dark and dated bathroom into a warm transitional oasis.

Contemporary Coastal Design

This coastal home was dark, dated and due for a major remodel.  Designers Shannon Boyle, AKBD and Vawn Greany, CMKBD worked together with the client to transform this kitchen to a minimalist, modern oasis perfect for entertaining and enjoying the stunning views of Puget Sound.  We designed a small addition to the corner of the home to improve the layout and flow of the kitchen and added large picture windows to highlight the coastal views.  For ultimate entertaining, we incorporated a 12’ island topped with Cambria Brittannica quartz and seating for six into the new design, as well as a wet bar with an accent wall of Pental Sculpture Nero tile creating the perfect spot for a wall-mounted TV.
